Privacy Policy

Metabolic Aide is a product of Dennis Diaz Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Metabolic Aide," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use metabolicaide.com and the Metabolic Aide app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your name and email address and manages your login credentials. We never see or store your password.

Health and intake information. If you complete the free quiz or the full onboarding intake, you provide information like your age, sex, height, weight, waist measurements, activity level, sleep habits, fasting habits, existing medical conditions, allergies, and health goals. This is the information our AI uses to generate your personalized protocol, daily schedule, 7 day plan, grocery list, supplement guidance, and biomarker targets.

AI Coach conversations. If you chat with the AI Coach, we store your messages and the responses so the conversation has context and so you can refer back to it.

Check-in and progress data. Daily check-ins, streaks, and your Metabolic Score are stored to track your progress over time.

Lead magnet and booking information. If you download a free guide or book a call, we collect the name and email (and any notes) you provide, even if you never create a full account.

Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid tier, payment is handled by our payment processor. We store limited billing metadata (such as the last four digits of a card and invoice amounts) for accounting purposes. We never store your full card number.

Security and safety logs. We log certain security events (like sign-ins and, where our AI Coach safety layer redirects a message that reads like a medical emergency or self-harm risk, that redirect itself) to keep the service safe and to maintain a compliance record that you were informed and pointed to a real resource (911, or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

How we use your information

We use your information to generate and personalize your protocol and AI Coach responses, to operate and improve the app, to communicate with you about your account or, where you have not opted out, about Metabolic Aide, to process payments, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run Metabolic Aide, each acting under their own privacy and security commitments: Clerk (authentication), Convex (database and backend), Anthropic (the AI models, Claude, that generate your protocol and AI Coach responses), and Vercel (hosting). We do not share your health information with advertisers, data brokers, or your employer.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Metabolic Aide, our users, or the public.

How long we keep it, and your right to delete it

You can delete your account and your health data at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your intake answers, generated protocol, AI Coach conversations, check-in history, and related health data. Billing records are kept afterward for accounting and legal recordkeeping. Certain security logs, including AI Coach safety-layer redirects, are kept in a redacted, de-identified form rather than deleted outright, since these serve as our compliance record that a safety redirect happened, not a record about you personally once redacted.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the app secure. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

Metabolic Aide is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can review, update, or delete your information from your account settings at any time, or by emailing us at the address below. If you have received marketing email from us and want to stop, you can unsubscribe using the link in that email.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Metabolic Aide changes. We will update the effective date above when we do, and we will call out material changes clearly rather than burying them.
