Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of metabolicaide.com and the Metabolic Aide app ("Metabolic Aide," "the service"), operated by Dennis Diaz Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Metabolic Aide is an educational tool. Your plan, AI Coach responses, biomarker targets, and every other piece of content the service generates are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed physician.

This also applies to any 1:1 coaching you receive from Dennis Diaz, including High Ticket tier coaching sessions. Coaching is educational and supportive in nature, not medical care, and does not create a doctor-patient relationship, even though Dennis Diaz is a licensed registered nurse.

Always consult your doctor before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, fasting routine, or medication, especially if you have an existing condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received through Metabolic Aide, including during a coaching session. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. If you are in crisis or thinking about self-harm, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Who can use Metabolic Aide

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans and billing

Metabolic Aide is offered in tiers, currently Free, Pro, and High Ticket, plus the one-time RN Consult session, described on our pricing page. Features and pricing for each tier can change, and we will give existing subscribers reasonable notice before a price increase takes effect on their plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account settings, effective at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds and cancellation

Two words are used in this section. Cancel means stop the next payment. Refund means get back money you already paid.

Pro subscription

  1. You can get a full refund of your first payment only if BOTH of these are true: you ask within 7 days of paying, AND your plan is not made yet.
  2. Your plan is made the moment you click "Generate My Plan" and it starts. If your plan fails to finish, it does not count as made.
  3. When your plan is made, or when 7 days pass (whichever comes first), your first payment can no longer be refunded.
  4. Each monthly payment after your first one can never be refunded. Each one pays for a full month of your plan, your AI Coach and your plan updates. You get all of that when the month starts.
  5. Yearly plan: your first payment has the 7-day guarantee. After that, yearly payments can't be refunded because the yearly price is already discounted.
  6. You can cancel any time. Canceling stops the next payment. You keep your access until the end of the month you already paid for. Canceling does not give back money you already paid.
  7. To skip next month's payment, cancel before your renewal date. If you forget to cancel, that payment cannot be refunded.

RN Consult (one time, 1 hour)

  1. You can get a full refund of your RN Consult payment only if you cancel BEFORE your scheduled session takes place.
  2. Once your session takes place, your payment can no longer be refunded. If you miss your appointment, that counts as the session taking place.
  3. Moving your session to a new time is not canceling. Your payment stays the same, and the same refund rule applies to the new time.
  4. If you join the High Ticket program within 30 days of your RN Consult, your $200 is credited toward your first High Ticket payment. A credit is not a refund.

High Ticket program (monthly)

  1. You can get a full refund of your first High Ticket payment only if you cancel BEFORE your first session takes place. You get back the amount you were actually charged.
  2. Once your first session takes place, your first High Ticket payment can no longer be refunded.
  3. Each monthly payment after your first one can never be refunded. Each one pays for a full month of sessions. They are available to you when the month starts.
  4. Sessions do not carry over to the next month. A session you do not use is lost, and the money is not given back.
  5. You can cancel any time. Canceling stops the next payment. You keep your access until the end of the month you already paid for, including any session you have not used yet. Canceling does not give back money you already paid.

On paid tiers you can update your plan whenever your real situation changes, such as a new diagnosis, a medication change, or a real change in your numbers. Updates have reasonable limits to prevent abuse, so they are not unlimited. AI Coach chat is available on paid tiers. To keep the service fast and fair for everyone, each account can send up to 100 messages in any rolling 24-hour period (the count resets 24 hours after your earliest message in that period), one message at a time, and each message can be up to 2,000 characters. We may change these limits, and we may limit or pause an account that appears to be misusing the service, and we will update these terms when the limits change.

Your information

You retain ownership of the health and personal information you submit. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it to generate your plan and AI Coach responses and to otherwise operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Metabolic Aide. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, impersonating Dennis Diaz or Metabolic Aide, submitting false health information to test or abuse the AI safety layer, or relying on Metabolic Aide in place of emergency medical care. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Anti-impersonation and scam warning

Dennis Diaz and Dennis Diaz Media LLC will never message you privately asking for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or investment of any kind, whether inside Metabolic Aide, on social media, or anywhere else. If an account claiming to be Dennis Diaz or Metabolic Aide contacts you privately with a request like this, it is not us. Please do not respond, and do not send money or personal information.

Intellectual property

The Metabolic Aide app, its design, and its underlying frameworks and templates belong to Dennis Diaz Media LLC. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service itself. The specific content generated for your own account (your plan, your chat history) is yours to use personally.

No guaranteed results

Metabolic Aide is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific health outcome, weight change, or biomarker result. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own consistency and your underlying health.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dennis Diaz Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Metabolic Aide is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Any decision to follow a suggestion made by Metabolic Aide, including your plan, biomarker targets, AI Coach responses, or any guidance, recommendation, or feedback given by Dennis Diaz during a 1:1 coaching session, whether by video call, phone, message, or in writing, is made entirely at your own risk. By using the service, including by attending a coaching session, you agree to release and hold harmless Dennis Diaz and Dennis Diaz Media LLC from any liability, claim, injury, or other adverse effect that may result from your own use of, or reliance on, the service or a coaching session, including any that results from your own negligence. This release does not apply to any injury or damage caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Dennis Diaz or Dennis Diaz Media LLC.

Ending your account

You can delete your account and your health data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Metabolic Aide changes. We will update the effective date above when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
