Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of metabolicaide.com and the Metabolic Aide app ("Metabolic Aide," "the service"), operated by Dennis Diaz Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Metabolic Aide is an educational tool. Your protocol, AI Coach responses, biomarker targets, and every other piece of content the service generates are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed physician.

Always consult your doctor before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, fasting routine, or medication, especially if you have an existing condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received through Metabolic Aide. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. If you are in crisis or thinking about self-harm, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Who can use Metabolic Aide

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans and billing

Metabolic Aide is offered in tiers, currently Free, Community, Mid-tier, and High Ticket, described on our pricing page. Features and pricing for each tier can change, and we will give existing subscribers reasonable notice before a price increase takes effect on their plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account settings, effective at the end of your current billing period.

Protocol regeneration on paid tiers is available whenever your real situation changes, such as a new diagnosis, a medication change, or a real change in your numbers, and is subject to reasonable rate limits designed to prevent abuse rather than a truly unlimited number of regenerations per day. AI Coach chat is available on paid tiers subject to the same kind of reasonable use limits.

Your information

You retain ownership of the health and personal information you submit. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it to generate your protocol and AI Coach responses and to otherwise operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Metabolic Aide. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, impersonating Dennis Diaz or Metabolic Aide, submitting false health information to test or abuse the AI safety layer, or relying on Metabolic Aide in place of emergency medical care. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The Metabolic Aide app, its design, and its underlying frameworks and templates belong to Dennis Diaz Media LLC. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service itself. The specific content generated for your own account (your protocol, your chat history) is yours to use personally.

No guaranteed results

Metabolic Aide is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific health outcome, weight change, or biomarker result. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own consistency and your underlying health.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dennis Diaz Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Metabolic Aide is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Ending your account

You can delete your account and your health data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Metabolic Aide changes. We will update the effective date above when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
